Rowan & Slip
Pots for the days you don’t think about them.

The brief
Rowan & Slip is a fictional one-potter studio in Frome, making stoneware and porcelain for real kitchens — plates that stack, mugs that hold a proper cup of tea, jugs worth leaving on the table.
The brief called for a site with real maker-brand character: a shop section, a process/story page that shows the craft behind the product, and a distinctive damson, ochre and verdigris palette — a Growth-tier build for an independent brand rather than a generic trade site.
Rowan & Slip is a fictional business created to demonstrate a Growth-tier build — not a real client.
What it demonstrates
Hand-coded with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, hosted on Vercel — no page builders or drag-and-drop templates. Semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and a contrast-checked colour palette throughout.
